Ingredients
175g butter
175g demerara sugar
225g oats
pinch of salt
1 tsp of honey
method
Melt sugar & butter together. Mix in oats, honey & salt pour mixture into a greased & lined tin (approximately 20cm x 30 cm). Press it down firmly ,top tip is to use a spatula or the back of a spoon
cook at 180 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Leave in tray to cool, cut into square shapes. To store keep in a sealed tin.
