Ingredients Makes 6
6 plain bagels
100g Cheddar cheese
1 apple
4 thick slices of ham
2 tbs of mayonnaise
Method
Grate the cheese and Apple into a bowl.
Cut the ham into small chunks and mix in with the grated Apple and cheese. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and mix together. Spoon the cheese mixture on top of the bagels, being careful that it doesn’t fall through the hole! Pop the prepared ham and cheese bagels into the oven (or under a grill) and cook for 10 Minutes , or until the the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Eat warm
