Ingredients 

2 mug of plain white flour 

2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda 

3/4 of a mug of milk 

1 tsp of honey 

handful of porridge oats

a big pinch of salt 


Method 

Put flour in a bowl.

Add salt, porridge oats and bicarbonate of soda and honey.
Add milk.

Mix the mixture with a spoon.

kneed the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it.

Get a tray and lightly flour it, put your dough on the tray and cut a cross shape on the top (cut almost to the bottom).

Rub a little oil onto the top of the bread and sprinkle a few oats on top.

Cook for 45m at 190 C

To check it’s cooked tap the bottom and it should sound hollow !!!
