Ingredients 

1 red onion finely chopped 

2 garlic cloves 

1/2 a red chilly deseeded, finely chopped 

1 cup of breadcrumbs 

30 g of corriander 

1 egg  

500g of turkey mince 

Method 

Heat your oven to 180c (fan) and line a backing tray. 

Chop the onion and put into a bowl. Chop up and deseede the chilly, put in the bowl. Chop the garlic cloves and put in a separate bow.

Chop up the corriander and put in the onion bowl. Put in your mince, garlic breadcrumbs and egg.

Using your hands mix all the ingredients together until all combined.
Take some of your mixture and shape into a burger shape and place on the tray, continue with this proses until you have used all your mixture. 

Put it in the oven and cook for 20m
